Premier Bracks and Environment Minister John Thwaites announced the 2004 Premier's Business Sustainability Awards at Federation Square. MPMSAA took the small business category for GreenPlumbers which trains plumbers across Victoria in environmental issues. Toyota Australia won the large business category for it's outstanding commitment to reducing the environmental impact of its manufacturing operations. The public sector winner was ECO-Buy, a local government green purchasing program that brought Victorian councils together to have greater impact.
