Australia needs a new approach to the management of water in urban areas, according to a proposal

released today by the Australian Rainwater Industry Development Group (ARID)

ARID is the peak body for the urban rainwater collection industry. It was formed in 2004 and its

members include manufacturers of water tanks, pumps and other rainwater collection equipment.
